Billy was a laborer/contractor who worked for the Leach family and Roberts Brothers Garage. On July 31, 1989, Billy married Lisa Hager Henry, who survives him in Gallipolis. “Gabby” Henry and Ella Mae Brown Henry, who survives him in Patriot, Ohio.
